Our affordable wedding venue in NC has packages designed with your wedding needs in mind!
***Friday Weddings get 4 Bonus hours on Thursday to come in and decorate & have a rehearsal…a NICE advantage!
***Saturday weddings receive their 4 Bonus hours on Sunday. (We recognize it is not a huge advantage on Sunday, but it is oh so nice to not be rushed to get everything packed up Saturday night!)

Outdoor weddings are what we do best! Choose from several ceremony locations or inside our Venue in case of inclement weather, OR because it’s Gorgeous inside. Our Venue is Climate Controlled!
Thirteen hours to create the dream…from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. (4 Bonus hours on 2nd day—see above)
Lights, draping, & chandeliers already hung inside…your guests will think you did an amazing job. ;)
Tables and White Cushioned Chairs inside for up to 150 guests, set up to your specifications. Rustic benches outside.
1000+ Decor items to use for free to help create your own wedding magic.
Systems and Framework already in place for easy planning.
Two team members at your event to make it all work!
Freedom to choose your own Vendors, helping you control your costs.
Large Luxe brides room to dress for your wedding day. (We do not have a separate grooms room, but a great hangout space on our Cabanas overlooking the river).
Two Indoor restrooms (our larger restroom is wheelchair accessible, has a full length mirror and hooks to use as an extra changing room).
Caterer’s room which includes a refrigerator, industrial sink, and 3 prep tables with black tablecloths—there is no ice machine.
Engagement pictures may be taken on the property as part of your package...fabulous photos are the best part of booking an outdoor wedding venue in Fayetteville NC!
Unlimited natural photo spots for memories that last a lifetime. It’s hard to beat Nature’s beautiful garden!
No hidden fees. There are no additional service fees at The Catlett Farm. There is a rental fee related to linens & dishes if you choose to use ours.

Each couple must purchase an Event Insurance policy - Approximate cost is $180 with alcohol liability or $120 without. (We can share with you a couple of online insurance companies)
