Located on the edge of Fayetteville along the Cape Fear River, our private farm gives photographers and their clients plenty of room to explore. You'll find wide-open fields, mature trees, wooded paths, a beautiful pond, our iconic Japanese footbridge, and plenty of natural light and depth for creating beautiful images.

Photography Session Pricing
We try to keep our photography rates affordable while still taking care of our property and the couples who book The Catlett Farm for their weddings.
Regular Photo Sessions
2-hour session — $50
This rate is for family, maternity, senior, engagement, and other regular portrait photography sessions.
Multiple Mini Sessions
3-hour session — $100
If you're a photographer planning several mini sessions or photographing more than one client during your visit, this 3-hour rate is for you.
Bridal & Elopement Photography
2-hour session — $150
Bridal and elopement photography sessions are priced separately from our regular portrait sessions because these sessions make use of many of the same beautiful photo locations that our wedding couples choose The Catlett Farm for.
Our wedding couples pay for the exclusive use of the property and its many photo opportunities on their wedding day, so we wanted to create a separate rate for photographers and couples who would like to use the farm specifically for bridal or elopement photos.
For $150, you'll have two hours to explore the property and create beautiful bridal or elopement images in a variety of natural settings.
Annual Photographer Fee — $300
If you plan to bring clients to The Catlett Farm throughout the year, our $300 annual photography fee may be the best option.
It's a great choice for photographers who regularly photograph families, seniors, maternity sessions, engagements, or other portrait clients here.
Payment can be made by Venmo or cash.
If you are photographing one of our booked wedding couples, there is no photography fee.
Planning an Actual Elopement?
If you're not just taking elopement photos but would like to actually get married at The Catlett Farm, we offer a separate 2-hour outdoor elopement package for $400—IF you are booking within 30 days of your desired date.
The package allows up to 20 people and gives you enough time for a simple outdoor ceremony followed by photos throughout the property.
The indoor reception venue is not included with the 2-hour elopement package. You do not have access to restrooms inside the Venue.

You're in Nature
The Catlett Farm isn't a manicured photography studio—and that's exactly what makes it special.
This is a real 35-acre property, with fields, woods, ponds, wildlife, farm roads, and plenty of natural beauty. We try to keep paths mowed throughout the property so you can explore, but you should expect some uneven ground and natural surroundings.
Depending on the season, you may find lush green fields, tall golden grasses, beautiful fall colors, or the quiet simplicity of winter.
We recommend comfortable shoes, especially if you plan to explore several areas of the property during your session.

Photography Session Availability
Photography sessions are generally available Monday through Thursday and Sundays.
Some weekends may also be available during slower months. Because weddings are typically scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays during our busy spring and fall seasons, photographers should contact us in advance to check availability.
We recommend scheduling your session before bringing your client to the property so we can make sure the farm is available.
A Convenient Photography Location Near I-95
The Catlett Farm is located on the edge of Fayetteville, NC, along the Cape Fear River and just 3 minutes from I-95 Exit 49.
You'll travel approximately ½ mile down a smooth gravel road to reach our private property at the very end of the road.
Once you arrive, you'll feel a world away from the city.
