Our indoor event space comfortably seats up to 150 guests at tables and includes a dedicated caterer’s room, two indoor restrooms, and all the essentials needed for a smooth, stress-free event day.
Step outside and you’ll see what truly sets our Fayetteville NC event venue apart. Our 35-acre property along the Cape Fear River features a covered Pavilion, two river-view Cabanas, a two-acre pond (yes—fishing is welcome), an island Gazebo, and a beautiful Japanese footbridge that’s perfect for team photos and group moments.
The upper fields, shaded by mature pecan trees, are ideal for breakout sessions, team talks, or simply taking a pause in nature. With wide-open fields for games and competitions—and wooded walking paths for quiet reflection—our venue offers a rare blend of productivity and relaxation.

Most Fridays and Saturdays in spring and fall at The Catlett Farm Venue are reserved for weddings—but that leaves plenty of beautiful days still available.
Our full-day rental for this wedding and event venue near Fayetteville, NC ranges from $4,400–$4,800 and includes full-day access, setup and cleanup, free use of our decor, trash removal, 2–3 staff members, and planning support.
Once we’re within 30 days of your event, any open dates may be offered at an hourly rate. Hourly rentals are perfect for smaller or last-minute events, with clients handling their own setup, cleanup, and trash removal—making it a more flexible, budget-friendly option at the farm.
Outdoor Only
$200 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Enjoy the open fields, covered Pavilion, Cabanas, fire pit, large pecan trees, and our 2-acre pond with a fishing pier, and nature walks down paths in our forests. Take charge of your setup, trash removal, and cleanup. There is electricity, 7 picnic tables, 2 trash cans, and a water spigot near the Pavilion, but there are no restrooms. There may be another event scheduled at the Inside Venue. If you want complete privacy, please book the whole property. Any trash must be taken with you.
indoor only
$300 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Have access to the entire indoor venue, including tables and chairs for up to 150 guests. Manage your setup, trash removal, and cleanup while enjoying the comfort of heat and air conditioning, restrooms, a caterer's room, and more. (Our caterer’s room has a regular refrigerator/freezer, no ice machine. There are 3 prep tables, 3 trash cans, and large industrial sink). Please note that we do not have Wi-Fi or professional sound equipment. Our long white walls work perfectly for projecting images or films. A large grass parking field is next to the Venue. You may rent our ivory floor length linens for $20 a piece and we will have them placed on the tables for you. You must use a professional caterer and take the trash with you.
Indoor & outdoor rental
$400 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Combine the best of both worlds. Midweek dates are available, especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Take advantage of our slowest wedding months (January, February, March, July, and August) for a Friday or Saturday booking. For our Prime Wedding Season - One month before a Friday or Saturday date, if we have not booked for a wedding (yes, we have had couples book that quickly) we will open it up for $400 per hour, 4 hour minimum. You are in charge of your set up, trash removal, and clean up. Limited availability, so act fast!
