Located on the river at the edge of Fayetteville, North Carolina, The Catlett Farm boasts 35 acres of natural Southern beauty. With dozens of photo-worthy spots throughout the property, our farm was made for weddings — and it’s easy to see why photographers have discovered us for their photoshoots and businesses love it just as much when they experience our event venue.

To make your day easy and enjoyable, your rental includes many helpful extras—#1 is our scenic property with choice of outdoor ceremony spots, Heat and A/C inside for comfort, tables and white cushioned chairs set up for you inside the venue for up to 150 guests, access to over 1,000 décor items you may use for free, on-site restrooms, professional cleaning after your event, and friendly venue support throughout your planning. (AND…Mosquito Authority has been spraying our property for 9 years, a must for Outdoor Weddings.) Everything is designed so your wedding day feels smooth, joyful, and stress-free.

Exchange vows beneath the shade of our grand Southern pecan trees, opt for a more intimate setting at our charming gazebo overlooking the pond, or say ‘I DO’ inside our venue with our striking fireplace mantle and mirror (our excellent back-up plan in case of inclement weather.)

After the ceremony, hop into our six-seater golf cart to capture unforgettable wedding photos across the property—from tall grass fields and sunlit woods to our romantic Japanese footbridge. And don’t forget our tree swing before you get ready to be announced into your party, it’s the last spot that gets the sweet light before the sun sets.

One of our favorite moments is welcoming you into your reception through our stunning full-X doors. Inside, you’ll find an elegant, climate-controlled reception space that feels like an intimate dinner party—warm, inviting, and ready for celebration. Guests can also step outside to enjoy our outdoor gathering area, perfect for games, conversation, and fresh air.

Because we’re located along the river, there are no streetlights—which means when night falls, the sky goes dark and magical. It’s the perfect setting for a sparkler send-off to end your wedding day on a high note.
