Yes, we primarily do weddings, but we can do more! The Catlett Farm Meeting & Event Venue in Fayetteville NC is conveniently located 3 minutes from I-95, but it is a tranquil escape that's perfect for all kinds of events. Whether you're planning a staff retreat, a corporate meeting, or a lively celebration, we have the options and the space to make it memorable.

Explore Our Versatile Venue

Our indoor space can comfortably seat 150 guests at tables. It is equipped with a separate caterer's room, 2 indoor restrooms, and all the necessary amenities for a seamless event. But what truly sets us apart is our expansive 35-acre outdoor space. Along the Cape Fear River, discover our covered Pavilion, 2 Cabanas with river views, a 2-acre pond (yes, you can fish!), a Gazebo on the island, and a stunning Japanese footbridge – perfect for team photos.

The upper fields boast large pecan trees, providing an ideal setting for talks, team meetings, or just a restful place to gather your thoughts. Our fields are ideal for games, competitions, and even a bit of skeet shooting. Enjoy a nature walk down our paths in the forest.

We are hosting weddings on Fridays and Saturdays most weekends in Spring and Fall, but what about all the other days? This is your chance! Our regular price is $4200 for a full day, set up, clean up, decor, 2-3 staff members, all sorts of planning help, etc., etc. And you are welcome to book one of our prime dates for this fee. BUT we realize not everyone needs all of this support, nor a full day.

Outdoor Only

$150 per hour (4-hour minimum)

Enjoy the open fields, covered Pavilion, Cabanas, fire pit, large pecan trees, and our 2-acre pond with a fishing pier, and nature walks down paths in our forests. Take charge of your setup and cleanup. There is electricity, 7 picnic tables, 2 trash cans, and a water spigot near the Pavilion, but there are no restrooms. There may be another event scheduled at the Inside Venue. If you want complete privacy, please book the whole property. Any trash must be removed.

indoor only

$200 per hour (4-hour minimum)

Have access to the entire indoor venue, including tables and chairs for up to 150 guests. Manage your setup and cleanup while enjoying the comfort of heat and air conditioning, restrooms, a caterer's room, and more. (Our caterer’s room has a regular refrigerator/freezer, no ice machine. There are 3 prep tables, 3 trash cans, and large industrial sink). Please note that we do not have Wi-Fi or professional sound equipment. Our long white walls work perfectly for projecting images or films. A large grass parking field is next to the Venue. You may rent our ivory floor length linens for $18 a piece.

Indoor & outdoor rental

$250 per hour (4-hour minimum)

Combine the best of both worlds. Midweek dates are available, especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Take advantage of our slowest wedding months (January, February, March, July, and August) for a Friday or Saturday booking. For our Prime Wedding Season - Two months before a Friday or Saturday date, if we have not booked for a wedding (yes, we have had couples book that quickly) we will open it up for $250 per hour, 4 hour minimum. Limited availability, so act fast!
